- Michael Lawrence has proven to be a popular option for Current Affairs education in Israel. Educated in New Zealand, Michael made Aliyah (immigrated) to Israel in 2000. He studied law at Victoria University (Wellington) and is a qualified lawyer in Israel and New Zealand. He also completed a major in Political Science and papers on Judaism, Islam and Christianity. Michael held many leadership positions in the NZ Jewish community.
