- Michael Lawrence has proven to be a popular option for Current Affairs education in Israel. The KICphone is running red hot as more and more organizations make the choice to invite Michael to provide an Israel Update or Advocacy Training program to their group participants. Educated in New Zealand, Michael made Aliyah (immigrated) to Israel in 2000. He studied law at Victoria University (Wellington) and is a qualified lawyer in Israel and New Zealand. He also completed a major in Political Science and papers on Judaism, Islam and Christianity. Michael held many leadership positions in the NZ Jewish community. He has travelled worldwide as a short-term shaliach (educator) of the Jewish Agency and led teams to South Africa, USA, Scandinavia and several teams to England between 2002 and 2005.
